Clean up the way you eat, and see amazing results

Yes: Eat real food.

Eat meat, seafood, and eggs; vegetables and fruit; natural fats; and herbs, spices, and seasonings. Eat foods with a simple or recognizable list of ingredients, or no ingredients at all because they’re whole and unprocessed.

No: Avoid for 30 days.

Do not consume added sugar, real or artificial (a small amount of fruit juice as a sweetener is okay)

Do not consume alcohol, not even for cooking

Do not eat grains, corn, white potatoes, or legumes (including peanuts)  (green beans, snap peas, and snow peas are okay)

No dairy, eggs are okay and so is ghee or clarified butter

No baked goods, junk foods, or treats with “approved ingredients”

Do not use a scale for 30 days

It’s For Your Own Good

Here comes the tough love.

This is not hard.  Fighting cancer is hard.  Birthing a baby is hard.  Drinking your coffee black.  Is.  Not.  Hard.  You have done harder things than this.  It’s only 30 days, and its for the most important health cause on earth - the only physical body you will ever have in this lifetime.

Don’t even consider the possibility of a “slip”.  Commit to the program 100% for 30 days.  Don’t give yourself an excuse to fall before you’ve even started.  Change your habits and routines with food.  See the difference.  Feel the difference.

You never, ever have to eat anything you don’t want to eat.  Stand up for yourself.  Learn to say “no, thank you” and hold the line without defending, explaining, or excusing your decision.  Just because it’s your sister’s birthday, an office party, whatever, does not mean you have to eat or DRINK anything.   Do not succumb to peer pressure.

This does require effort.  Grocery shopping, meal planning, and dining out will all have to be planned for.  This will be work, but it will be worth it!

YOU CAN DO THIS.   Commit and see amazing results in your life! It’s just 30 days of clean eating, then you can go back to eating all the junk you want…. but we don’t think you’ll want to; this is a game changer!

SoulShine’s Program Details:

$30 to join our group

You will be assigned a Whole 30 buddy (or you can pick your own), and the 2 of you will hold each other accountable.  You’ll need to share with each other 1x week.

Please friend request Martina on FB.  We’ll create a private FB group where we can share recipes and ideas.

You will not receive a meal plan, you’ll have to create it yourself.  So, buy or check out a Whole 30 book and give yourself time to sit down a make a plan.  You could do this with your partner if you’d like.


Meeting August 24th @ 11:45am for program overview and buddy assignment.  This is a collaborative effort.  Bring your books and any info you’d like to share.

Meeting August 31st @ 11:45am.

Meeting September 14th @ 11:45am.

Final Meeting September 28th @ 11:45am.
