Saige was born in the beautiful Southern California town of Santa Barbara and moved to North County San Diego with her family as a teenager. She was first introduced to yoga in a high school health class and loved the practice and lifestyle instantly. Experiencing painful complications from an emergency C-section during the birth of her first child, Saige learned to truly appreciate the healing and restorative powers of yoga during her recovery. Saige received her 200-hour training under Lynda Light 500 E-RYT of Light and Love Yoga in Encinitas, CA in 2011. She was certified during her second pregnancy, developing a passion for teaching prenatal and women’s yoga. She enjoys teaching everything from a warm gentle flow with Frank Sinatra in the background, to a vigorous vinyasa with reggae tunes setting the pace. Saige truly wishes to share the tremendous power of yoga with as many people as possible, and has an intention for all her students to leave her class feeling better than when they arrived.
