May Onisko (E-RYT, AFAA) has been a yoga and group fitness instructor as well as personal trainer for over 15 years. May owned her own yoga and fitness studio before moving to the San Diego area in 2016. Her first fitness love was yoga but over the years she has become certified to teach many other forms of fitness. With over a decade of experience, she brings to the table a mixed bag of experience in the world of wellness. She is dedicated to her students and passionate about inspiring them to live a life centered on good health, body, mind and soul. May will challenge you to new levels and empower you to break free of mental hurdles, but will always bring her zany personality and refreshing smile. Outside the studio, May is a wife, and mother to two amazing young men, and she really loves girl time, yoga, coffee and way too much sugar!
