Lisa has always been a fitness enthusiast.  She enjoys yoga because it helps her to feel grounded in the mind, body and soul and it also invigorates her creative side.  She likes a barre workout because it offers quick results.  Lisa thinks the two go really well hand in hand and is delighted for the opportunity to mix them together for SoulShine!  In her classes you will be offered a playful energetic twist to staying fit and felling strong.

Lisa has completed her 200-hour yoga certification.
