Jessica is a fitness enthusiast. She has been active her entire life, beginning with her love for volleyball as a child. Jessica stumbled upon yoga and barre several years ago and became immediately hooked. Her teaching style is inventive and powerful, but most of all fun and accessible. Jessica also teaches kickboxing, TRX classes and during the Summer creates outdoor boot camps as well. She enjoys using her skills, training and personal experience to support others in reaching their goals. When not in the studio Jessica can be found creating cocktails, seeking out the newest restaurants, learning about art or outside with great friends.
