Jenna believes in the simplicity of the practice. That through asana, breath, and self study, you can heal, love what you’ve got a little more, and, ultimately, just feel better. She completed her first 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training at Yoga Flow in San Francisco, followed by a second 200-hour training with her teacher and mentor Stephanie Snyder.
Her classes provide a laid back, safe space to explore the perceived limitations of the body and mind, while connecting to breath, with mindful movement and a sense of playfulness. She credits yoga with opening her up, while allowing her to go deeper into her own practice. It’s provided strength, flexibility, healing, and the tools to help deal with chronic anxiety.
Ultimately, Jenna loves yoga and wants to share it with you!
