Jennifer began her yoga journey through Bikram several years ago. A native to San Diego, she explored different variations of yoga and found her true yoga passion through vinyasa. Yoga helped her to create an internal space of love, self gratitude and balance. It has helped her become stronger, more patient, aware of her thoughts and an awareness of how powerful breath can be. While taking a shift in careers, she made the choice to take Yoga Sculpt training in the summer of 2014, then continuing to complete a 200 hour Vinyasa teaching in the fall. Her classes are challenging but never too serious. Her true passion in teaching is motivating and sharing good vibes with the community while building strength in her students body and mind.
