Elsa discovered her passion for Yoga in San Francisco, and has since become a dedicated student and instructor. She brings a positive energy to her classes, imploring students to challenge themselves, while still encouraging them to honor what works for their body. Having suffered from back pain for years growing up, Elsa finally found relief when she began taking pilates regularly, this led to her discovery of yoga, and ultimately became her inspiration for teaching to others. After diving deeper, she fell in love with the more subtle aspects of yoga - and hopes to teach practices that can be utilized off the mat.
As an artist, singer and dog lover, Elsa strives to keep her classes exciting and light, with emphasis on quieting the mind, strengthening the core and having fun.
