Yoga has been a consistent part of my life since 2006. Through yoga, I have enjoyed the experience of unity between mind, body and spirit, as well as how all energies play a connective role in the universe. To me, yoga is more than a workout; it is also a work within.

In my teaching practice, I attempt to create an atmosphere where all individuals feel secure and confident within themselves. My teaching method is rooted primarily in a Hatha/Vinyasa background. Focusing on alignment and breath work with movement, I try creating a balance between effort and ease, all the while establishing strength in the body and stillness in the mind.

I also am interested in aiding those with limited mobility or injury, as well as those who want to deepen their meditative practice. Therefore I often incorporate breath work, visualization and themes to enhance my students’ yoga experience.
